No, cured TotalBoat epoxies are not UV resistant, and will turn yellow and degrade if exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods. 

If UV protection is important for your project, overcoat the cured epoxy with a UV-stable coating such as varnish, clear coat, or primer and paint.
