The 2 lb., 2-gallon kit of TotalBoat 2-Part Polyurethane Marine Flotation Foam will expand to approximately 8 cubic feet. The 6 lb. foam will expand to approximately 3 cubic feet.

To achieve maximum expansion, ensure that the ambient air, substrate, and liquid foam components are all 70-85°F. The expansion rate will be greatly reduced if any of these items are below the specified temperature. Improper product storage before use can also lead to poor expansion.
