For best results, allow the epoxy to cure for at least 24 hours before attempting to demold projects made with TotalBoat ThickSet Cast + Coat Deep Pour Epoxy. Removing molds too early can compromise the integrity of the casting.

In some cases, castings may require additional support for 3 to 5 days while the epoxy continues to cure fully. During this period, the material may remain somewhat flexible and could sag or settle slightly until it achieves maximum hardness.
