TotalBoat ThickSet Cast + Coat Deep Pour Epoxy will not cure properly if the mix ratio is incorrect or the epoxy is not mixed well.
Another possibility is that another substance may be contaminating the epoxy. This might be contamination from the surface the epoxy was applied to or the container it was mixed in.
Make sure there was no crystallization present in the epoxy. This is an indicator that the epoxy has expired and may prevent curing.
Cure times can be impacted by the mass of the epoxy, ambient temperature, and other conditions.
The ambient temperature should be at least 65°F.
Allow at least 24 hours for the epoxy to cure.
