It is generally not recommended to thin TotalBoat MakerPoxy Crystal Clear Artist’s Resin by Jess Crow, because doing so can weaken the cured epoxy’s properties and overall performance.
To reduce the viscosity safely, the epoxy can be warmed in a water bath to a temperature between 90 °F and 100 °F. This will make the material less viscous and easier to work with; however, be aware that warming the resin will significantly shorten both the working and cure times.
