Yes, you can apply any of the TotalBoat bottom paints over TotalBoat 2-Part Epoxy Primer that is fully cured and that has been sanded using the required grit recommended by the particular antifouling paint you're using. It's important to note that this primer doesn't contain mica so it won't create a true water barrier to prevent osmotic blistering the way TotalBoat TotalProtect epoxy primer and barrier coat will.
