If there are areas that don't show a significant amount of fouling, you may be able to get by with just some touch-up paint in areas of heavy wear. However, we recommend that you apply at least one full coat of TotalBoat Spartan multi-season antifouling paint, per season of boat use, to ensure the best antifouling performance. Apply additional paint in areas of higher wear, such as the leading edge of keels, skegs, rudders, and along the boat's waterline.
