Yes, you can apply TotalBoat FlexEpox to PVC and it should form a strong bond as long as you prepare the surface properly. Start by cleaning the surface to remove all surface contaminants such as dust, oil, grease and dirt. Next, to maximize surface adhesion, sand the surface with 60-80 grit sandpaper, then remove any sanding residue. Flame treat the surface to be epoxied by waving a propane torch quickly over it. Put the flame close to the surface, but keep it moving so you don't scorch or melt the surface. Apply FlexEpox to the PVC surface directly after flame treating it.
