Yes, you can recoat TotalBoat Penetrating Epoxy while the previous coat is still tacky. This will help the layers bond strongly. To help avoid sags or drips, recoat when the previous layer starts to become firm but tacky, or when most of it has been absorbed into the wood. If the Penetrating Epoxy has dried to the point where it's not tacky, wash the surface with soap and water and sand lightly before recoating.
