A foam roller is the best tool to apply a thin, even coat of TotalBoat TotalBilge Epoxy Bilge Paint.

When applying, do not exceed a 3 mil wet film thickness per coat. Applying more than 3 mils can significantly extend dry times and may trap solvents within the coating. Trapped solvents can cause the paint to remain soft and squishy even after the surface has become tack-free.
