TotalBoat Wet Edge Topside Paint can be applied to a wide variety of one-part paints. However, it is extremely important to perform a small test sample to ensure compatibility and good adhesion. Ensure that the previous paint surface has cured for a minimum of 48 hours under normal application conditions. Clean the surface to remove any dust, dirt, grease, oil, water, or wax. Sand the surface with 220- or 320-grit sandpaper, remove any sanding residue, and wipe the surface clean with one of the approved Wet Edge surface preparation solvents before applying Wet Edge.
