Yes, you can apply TotalBoat Halcyon varnish over TotalBoat TotalGold paint as long as you follow these directions:

1. Allow the TotalGold paint to dry, under normal curing conditions, for at least five to seven days.
2. Use 320-grit or 400-grit sandpaper to lightly scuff the surface (of both the TotalGold paint and any area the Halcyon varnish will be applied to.
3. Remove all sanding residue.
4. Apply Halcyon, as directed.
