TotalBoat Topside Primer is designed to be used with topside finishes, above the waterline. It's not intended for continuous submersion because it offers no protection against the formation of osmotic blisters. Below the waterline, we recommend that you use a waterproof epoxy barrier coat primer, such as TotalBoat TotalProtect, for maximum protection against blistering.
