Hypalon® is a very flexible material. To repair it, you need to use a flexible adhesive. The regular formula of TotalBoat Thixo is a rigid adhesive, so it should not be used to repair Hypalon. Instead, use TotalBoat Thixo Flex, which is a flexible epoxy adhesive. Apply Thixo Flex to clean, dry Hypalon that's free of all surface contaminants.
