Do not apply TotalBoat TotalBilge Epoxy Bilge Paint to TotalBoat TotalProtect Epoxy Barrier Coat Primer while it is thumbprint tacky. Allow TotalProtect to dry for 5 to 7 days. When TotalProtect is fully cured, clean and sand according to the instructions for TotalBoat TotalBilge Epoxy Bilge Paint.
