Yes, TotalBoat Wet Edge Topside Paint can be applied to properly prepared and primed aluminum. To prepare the aluminum, sand with 80 grit and apply TotalBoat Etch Wash as directed. As soon as the surface is dry, apply TotalBoat TotalProtect Epoxy Barrier Coat Primer. Sand the barrier coat smooth with 220 grit, clean with denatured alcohol, allow the surface to dry, and apply Wet Edge.
