Yes, TotalBoat TotalProtect Epoxy Barrier Coat Primer can be applied over properly prepared TotalBoat TotalFair Epoxy Fairing Compound.
To prepare the surface, sand with 80–120 grit and clean thoroughly with denatured alcohol. Once the surface is completely dry, apply TotalProtect.
