Repair leaky rivets and seams on your aluminum boat with TotalBoat Aluminum Boat Leak Sealer. It comes in a convenient 250ml cartridge, and includes two static mixing tips. Note that the mixing tips for TotalBoat Thixo also fit the TotalBoat Aluminum Boat Leaker sealer cartridge.

You can apply Aluminum Boat Leak Sealer in temperatures as low as 40°F (surface and air temperature). The surface must be clean, dry and free of dirt, dust, grease, loose paint or other contaminants. Sand the aluminum with 80-grit sandpaper within a 1” radius of the leak or repair until the metal is shiny. Remove sanding residue. To make application easier, store the cartridge at room temperature (60-90°F) directly before use.
